  • 1. Initial Lighting:

    • For the first time lighting your beeswax candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge of the candle. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn.

    2. Safe Placement:

    • Always place your beeswax candle on a heat-safe and stable surface. It's essential to protect the surface underneath from heat and wax drips.

    3. Drip Caution:

    • Beeswax candles may occasionally drip, especially if the wick is too long or the candle is exposed to drafts. Place the candle away from the wind, fans, or any source of air movement to minimize dripping.

    4. Keep the Pool Clean:

    • Do not allow wick trimmings, used matches, dust, or any other materials to accumulate in the wax pool. This can affect the quality of the burn and may cause smoke or uneven melting.

    5. Tapered Candle Holder:

    • For these candles, you will need a separate candle holder to secure the candle in an upright position. These holders can be purchased separately (there are so many in second-hand stores!) and should be appropriately sized for your candles. Warming the base of the candle with a lighter or matches will help adhere the candle to its holder.

    6. Variations will occur:

    • Be aware that these are handmade products, so they may have slight variations in color, size, and appearance. These differences are part of their charm and uniqueness.

    7. Always Burn Within Sight:
